I love music,

and I'm so pleased to be able to share it with others.  I began my classical training as a child, continued as a conservatory scholarship student through my teens, and then earned a degree in music composition.  I remain a life-long student of music, and am especially fond of classical, jazz, film score, and world genres.   

I've maintained a private teaching studio for over 15 years, and I'm also a director at the Southern California Conservatory of Music.  In addition to my work as an educator, I am a performer and composer.  I play jazz piano in venues throughout Los Angeles, and have performed as a finalist in several international jazz competitions.  My music is featured in many prominent television shows, commercial music libraries and independent films.  I received a 2007 Emmy Certificate, and ASCAPlus awards in 2010 and 2011.
